A proud Florida native and community advocate, H.A. Duncan is known for being fearless, principled, and straightforward.
His heart is deeply committed to protecting Seminole County’s rural communities, natural resources, and quality of life. He co-founded Save Rural Seminole, helping residents organize and speak out against development that threatens the county’s rural character.
Duncan also made history as the first African American elected to the Seminole County Soil and Water Conservation District and the first African American elected to a countywide seat beyond the City of Sanford.
He is committed to safe neighborhoods, quality education, affordable living, economic opportunity, responsible growth, and accountable government.
Duncan believes government should work for the people through practical solutions, transparent representation, and strong community leadership.
